Eligibility criteria:

 

Applicants must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident in Canada

Applicants must be studying in Canada at a Canadian university or college

RNs enrolled in a Master of Nursing or related Health Sciences Program

Non-nurses who are in a nursing program which will qualify them as RNs at the Master’s level.

 

 

To apply:

 

1. Please complete the following documents on your computer. Forms completed by hand will not be considered:

            Masters’ Application Form

            Appendix "A"

            Appendix "C"

 

2. Please have three academic or work referees complete the Appendix "B": Referee Appraisal. The Referees must complete it, print it out for their signature and give it back to you in a sealed/signed envelope.

 

3. Before sending your application, please read and review very carefully the Checklist : it includes a list of supporting documents you must provide with your application.

 

4. Mail your package to CNF offices postmarked on or before March 31, 2010.

 

Please be advised that applicants will be informed of results by mid-June 2010.
